At SweetCravings, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your cake or pastry, our refund policy is as follows: Custom Cake Orders: Since our cakes are made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a mistake with your order (wrong flavor, design, etc.), we will provide a full refund or replacement. Wedding Cakes: Due to the custom nature of wedding cakes, refunds are only offered if the cake is significantly different from what was ordered. Catering Orders: If the catering order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund or replacement. Non-Custom Orders: If you are dissatisfied with a non-custom cake or pastry, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
